Why choose Canton
Canton sits about 25 to 35 minutes from downtown Asheville along the I-40 corridor, which makes it a quick, low-stress drive in and out. But the real draw is what’s right outside the door. This is creek-and-river country, and several of our most water-focused properties are based here or just up the road in the Cruso area.

Canton has also quietly become an outdoor-recreation hub. The town’s new mountain bike park added a real reason for cyclists to base here, and the Pigeon River brings paddlers and anglers through all season.
