Come stay in this cozy dovetailed log cabin. It's only 45 minutes to downtown Asheville, and only 15 minutes from Marion NC or Rutherfordton NC. but it feels private and secluded nestled in the midst of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Kiss N Tell cabin has log decor throughout. There is a couch in the living room along with a coffee table. The bedroom has a King bed with cotton quilt. Cell phone service is Great and the WiFi is super fast in this cabin. Most guest are able to use WiFi calling also while at these. There is a charcoal grill outside. The private, covered porch has a hot tub, two chairs, and a table. This cabin overlooks a meadow in the winter time and has a wooded view in the summer time.. This cabin is pet friendly!!! The Kiss N Tell cabin is just perfect

Cancellation Policy

If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.

Deposit Policy

We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). The cabin was very nice on the inside.But the hot tub was not very good.There's no fire pit, nothing to do.Nowhere you can walk or explore. My host was very good though

The Kiss N Tell cabin was a amazing stop. It is just miles from restaurants, grocery stores and other venues. There are very quaint and peaceful surroundings. All cabins seem to have their own little privacy. We were not interrupted or disturbed by any other guest and I hope they feel the same. The place is small and cozy and just fit for a couple of two with all the amenities you need including Wi-Fi and the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes you need. It wasvery clean, spotless from floor to ceiling and everything described in the listing as located in the cabin, This is definitely a place where I would choose to stay again and probably will stay again in the near future. The one blunder I had was missing the road to turn off to the cabins, but Eric answered the phone on the first call and he gave me very clear instructions of what I need to do. All in all I give this cabin five star rating.
