Crazy Daisy is a 1940’s farmhouse with an interior that has been completely remodeled and furnished with cabin décor. It has electric fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom that can be used year round. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). It has a bathroom with a shower. There is a granite countertop in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave). This house also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes. Towels, wash clothes, and bed linens are provided. It has a nice hot tub on the covered porch, so if it happens to be raining or snowing, you will still be able to relax and enjoy it. There are also two rocking chairs out on the porch to relax in as well. Crazy Daisy has a firepit. All you will need to bring for a nice campfire experience is firewood, hotdogs, and marshmallows. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville and Brevard are only 30 minutes away.

Such a wonderful stay here! So cozy and peaceful. Eric was very friendly and responsive. It was a lovely cabin for us two. We would love to come back!
I think there is a carbon monoxide problem here but the host doesn't have an alarm so I can't say for sure. We immediately became sleepy after unpacking, had to go to the hospital because my fiancé woke up not able to breath. You can not see this from the listing but the bed is about 4 feet high. I had to pull my fiancé onto the bed throughout the night every time she went to the restroom. Air conditioning did not work, could not use the hot tub because the cabin was too hot. WIFI would not connect to the internet, the host maintained it was my problem. I requested he reset the router, he did so at some point after we fled for our lives. I came back on checkout day to get my things, at that point I was able to connect to the internet. The floor is severely warped which the host claims is part of the cabin's "charm" but frankly made me feel even more unsafe. The host refused to refund any of our money even though we were not there much of the time due to unsafe conditions.

I’m so sorry for your experience. I am sorry about the carbon monoxide issue but we do not have anything in there that causes carbon monoxide. As for the height of the bed, it is certainly not 4 feet tall but we do also have a stepstool in the closet that we keep in case someone would like to use it to place beside the bed to make it easier to get onto. As for the router issue anytime we know if the Wi-Fi is down, we always attempt to fix it. If the service had an outage at that time that is out of our control.
Place was wonderful we will be back.
We enjoyed our stay at the Crazy Daisy! It's a clean, comfortable little cottage in a quiet area but still only minutes from Waynesville and Canton and just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah Forest. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs on the porch after a day of hiking. Our pups loved playing in the spacious yard.
The hosts provided clear check-in/check-out instructions and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. Hope we get the chance to visit again soon!
fantastic host, fantastic setting.. a+ hands down
We loved the private space!
This place was quiet and secluded. The perfect combination of private but close enough to everything we needed from town. The cabin felt like home!
Sweet little cottage. Great time with my daughter.
it was perfect even better than imagined. Most definitely will be back
Fantastic host and responsive.
We stayed at the crazy daisy for our 1st anniversary. We will definitely be back again! This place was so cozy and cute! The hot tub was nice as well as the fire pit.
Crazy Daisy was quiet, comfortable, and clean.
The Crazy Daisy was peaceful and quiet. The cabin is cozy, and it has everything you’d need for a weekend away. The rocking chairs were wonderful to rock in and enjoy the sights and sounds of the country. My dog also very much enjoyed lounging and being able to freely run around outside. The bed was comfortable too. Thanks, Eric, for sharing your Crazy Daisy cabin with my little bud and me!
It was a last minute getaway, very comfy and felt like home. Will be booking again in the future.
Nice space, and very private!!!! Would stay here again in future !
Great quiet location. Clean place. The hot tub was lovely.
My boyfriend, our dog, and myself really enjoyed our stay at the Crazy Daisy! It was such a relaxing and peaceful weekend. All the cozy lights around the place made it feel like home. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and the creek nearby! We will definitely be back! We love the Crazy Daisy! ❤️
This is my second time staying here and I must say, it’s an amazing place. I like how secluded it is because it gives a relaxing environment. everything about this place gives for a perfect getaway. The hot tub was a great touch to it. Definitely coming back!
Fantastic stay at Eric’s! Will be back if ever in the area.
We enjoyed our stay at the Crazy Daisy cabin. It is as described, and the pictures are accurate. Through no fault of our host, we had a difficult time keeping the cabin comfortable. Our lows while we were there were single digits. The hvac unit is located in the living room, and it took quite a while for the bedroom to up. And the dining room never got warm. The kitchen is sparse, and all appliances are in proper working order. The utensils were clean but needed scouring. Lack of a cutting board made food preparation a challenge. There is plenty of hot water for the shower!
Overall, I would recommend this cabin.
Clean, private, romantic - perfect place for my gf and I. Cute little house, we loved the privacy of the hot tub, the high sitting bed, and the lights around the bed and the hot tub. Great place for a getaway !
Crazy Daisy was a great get away. It was clean and just as pictures showed. Private location. Host was great with zero issues and was responsive. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place.
Great stay! Super private, quiet and charming.
This place is perfect!! We would highly recommend it to anyone coming to this area and want to stay again sometime. A great little getaway with privacy and pretty surroundings. The hot tub was a special treat!
My husband and I enjoyed our little getaway at the Crazy Daisy.
It was peaceful!
Loved it!!
Close to trails and fishing! Great little spot for venturing into Waynesville as well! Loved the cabin! Will stay again!
Eric’s cabin was perfect! It was quiet and peaceful. A nice place for a getaway weekend. The cabin vibes made it even more relaxing. The hot tub was just what was needed! Definitely recommend!
Second stay! did not disappoint, close to looking glass falls/brevard
Great spot to get away from everything, hot tub worked flawlessly and the sheets weee very clean. Loved the view from the covered porch while eating breakfast!
Love the hot tub & the bed is so comfy
We loved this place. Cute. Clean. Great wifi and cell service Large yard to walk the dogs. Closed porch for the dogs to be outside with us. 2 tvs. Fireplaces kept us very warm. 45 minutes from the biltmore. Close to food. We loved maggies seafood and bogarts.
The cabin was spotless and very inviting. it was in a great location, close to Waynesville and Maggie Valley and just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I highly recommend this location.
My wife and I chose this place as a getaway to celebrate our anniversary. I believe that the pictures were very old because when we got there, it wasn’t as it’s shown, especially from the outside. We thought that the place was at a nice location and had some kind of a view. The view was a house across the street with kids playing in the back yard. Overall, the place was okay but definitely not worth the money.
Here were the issues: The light outside had a sensor and it was on the corner of the cabin that when you go out at night, you will see nothing unless you walk to get to the sensor. Floors were crooked (literally), towels smell like they were stored for a long time, bathroom’s sink was clogged, bed was so high that we had to climb to reach the top, the A/C unit was very very loud that we had hard time trying to sleep. It was required to wash the dishes but there was no scrub sponge. The hot tub was useless. It was just hot water filled in a tank. The jets were not working. On top of that, there was a bird nest somewhere close to the tub that when we went outside to try the hot tub, the bird came out and started flying back and forth to get us away from the nest. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what we expected at all!
This cabin is awesome and offers everything you’d want in a mountain get away. Highly recommend
Beautiful quiet stay. We had a wonderful time.
Quiet and cute little cabin, exactly the space we needed for our adventuresin Asheville. We arrived at night and it was hard to find but we had a neighbor help us. Over all a good stay.
This is a fantastic, quirky little piece of paradise. My wife and I spent a long weekend exploring the area. Eric has covered all of your needs well; the hot tub was wonderful, the whole place has an amazing amount of privacy.
If you’re looking for seclusion and privacy with all the amenities included, this is the exact place you want to be! I mean cooking essentials, laundry, wifi, a HOTTUB (any condition since it’s covered) and ability to make your own fire outside as well
The Crazy Daisy was a quaint little get away for us close to the mountains. The convenience of being right down the road to some of the nicer peaks in Pisgah did make up for location being pretty far from anything else.
The address given did not actually help us find the location. Albeit it was night time, there is construction making it a one lane road currently (June 2021) and google maps pointed us to the opposite side of the road of where it actually is. Which is not on the road of the given address but a small private road off of it to the right, if you could call it that. But Joey was available on call at probably 11pm to help us find it. Thankfully!
The cabin was warm and we didn’t notice the AC unit would not stay on until probably mid way through the night, but Joey was prompt to switch it out the very next morning. It was a very well kept little cabin and the hot tub was a very nice addition on the private covered porch. The property itself was small also very nice and well kept.
Second time visiting Asheville and we decided to stay a little farther out of the city to be closer to hiking. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Crazy Daisy had everything we were looking for. A lovely peaceful retreat after a day of hiking on one of the many nearby trails. A couple of nearby towns were perfect for grabbing dinner and groceries. Would definitely stay again.
The Crazy Daisy is so charming and peaceful. My husband, dog, and I really enjoyed this place! Exactly what we needed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommend!
