Cuddle up has strong fast WiFi. It has a nice 4 person hot tub, gas fireplace, gas grill and a full kitchen with granite counter tops. It has great wooded views where you can make memories to last a lifetime. This is a cabin you will want to come back to after a long day of hiking in the woods or in downtown Asheville. It is very secluded for those special times.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Loved the cabin !
The drive up to the cabin was precarious at best. I would not recommend arriving at night as the road up is curvy and steep. Backing into the driveway was a feat when we could not see well. The second day wasn’t as bad after we had seen the area in the daylight. The cabin is cute and cozy with a treehouse feel. It was very private despite other cabins being close by and we loved the hot tub, which had been turned on prior to our arrival. Nice touch! It could use a deep cleaning though. A bit dusty, there was hair in the shower, and we did not use the coffee maker due to it being very dirty. Also would have appreciated more towels. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I and our dog but I would not recommend bringing children as it was small. The price is very affordable and overall a good experience.
Great place very quiet and secluded, we had a great time! Eric is a great host hes always quick to reply and very helpful! we will be back to stay again!
Eric's place was exactly what my partner and I were looking for for a Valentine's getaway! The cabin was the perfect size for us and had exactly what we needed and wanted out of our stay - the hot tub and fireplace were a huge plus for us! Very peaceful, quiet, and private. While there's neighboring cabins, you'll barely realize they're there. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend if you're looking for close proximity to Asheville (only about 25 min. drive) but still craving that cabin-in-the-woods getaway feel.

Was looking for a little cabin tucked up in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a weekend away with my girlfriend and this was the perfect little spot. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the jacuzzi was a great addition. Everything we could have asked for for a little 2 night vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location, close to hiking trails and Asheville.
The roadway to the cabin is steep, narrow and very sharp turns. Overall definitely recommend this nice get away.

The cabin is great for a short-term stay for a couple. The location is conveniently outside of Asheville while also close to Blue Ridge Pkwy and hiking. Although the cabin could have had more basic amenities for the bathroom/kitchen, the description prepared us to stop at the store before checking in for the items we needed.

This was my 2nd stay at Eric’s cabin. I take 1 day a month to get away and relax and this is a nice spot to unwind. Nice and clean cabin with a view!
The cabin was to a T. Perfect for what it was. Plenty of privacy. Cozy and clean.
We stayed here for a last minute anniversary get away to see the fall foliage. The views for fall were beautiful around the area! The cabin was secluded and private, how we wanted it. The access and instructions for cabin entry were easy and convenient. The hot tub was a great little amenity!
Make sure you have your GPS pulled up several miles before arriving/leaving because I we had no service for about 3-4 miles around the cabin, but the WiFi at the cabin worked great!! It is about a 20 minute drive into Asheville to get to anything, but it’s right off the Blue Ridge Pkwy, which is a must see.
Take heed about a 4wd vehicle, these hills are beautiful but serious!
I do wish the view at this cabin was a bit better as it was surrounded closely by trees so the view could be better. But overall, we loved the stay and the cabin! It was secluded, cozy, and comfy.

What an amazing escape from city life. This cabin provided everything you could ask for in a getaway. The on site trails were a little overgrown but opened up the further you got into the forest. Will definitely be booking another stay here.
Really great stay near Asheville! Can’t beat this location, private but close enough to enjoy restaurants and shops. Hoping to visit again sometime soon!
Perfect little get away! We booked this very last minute as it was a spontaneous trip for my husband and I. Check in was easy, the cabin was ready for us when we got there and very welcoming. It was the perfect little get away spot, but still within a half hour to Asheville and surrounding towns. Would highly recommend!

I want to keep this place a secrete but my overall experience is worth sharing. Whether you’re a couple or just an individual looking to disconnect, this place is the perfect little piece of heaven on earth.

Beautiful cabin in the woods! Even though it's part of a group of cabins, it felt completely secluded. The hot tub was great and very private, looking out into the woods. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabin had a gas grill set up too. The bed was a bit on the firm side for my taste but served it's purpose well for a long weekend. I highly recommend arriving during the daylight hours and having AWD on your vehicle as it's quite hilly and a bit challenging to find the first time around. We'll definitely be back!
The “Cuddle Up” cabin is amazing! We had a great weekend staying here. It was nice that it was fairly close to Asheville (about 20 min. drive or so). And so nice that we could bring our pups with us! They loved it too! There is definitely no cell service there but once we got hooked up to the Wi-Fi we were good (took a little bit to hook up & can be kind of spotty). But so nice to unplug & enjoy the hot tub! We will definitely be back to stay in the fall or winter! 10/10 recommend staying here!

We loved staying here. It’s very relaxing with beautiful scenery and easy access to hiking trails. It’s very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway! The cabins are situated perfectly to provide privacy…it felt like we were the only ones there!

The magical scavenger hunt in the old guest books they leave lying around have this cabin a magical and thrilling feel! Reading old guests love notes and finding their hidden objects and re-hiding them was such a beautiful surprise. It’s clean, quiet, cozy and so peaceful. The hot tub and tin roof make even the rainiest and stickiest nights enjoyable! The driveway is super steep but as long as you pay attention and take it slow, anybody can manage. I would definitely give this a 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay with our dogs at the cuddle up cabin. A close drive to Asheville and the cabin is secluded and relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Cute little place perfect for two people to have a private getaway. Very nice that dogs are welcome but not a lot of areas near the cabin to let the potty. We had to go to the bottom of the property where there is a little field to let our guy run some energy off. The drive way is super scary and I highly recommend checking in in the daylight. Probably 4 wheel drive too. The cabin does have limited things in the kitchen aside from plates cups and utensils. If you plan on cooking there purchase everything you will need including seasons. The bed was definitely not the most comfortable but with an extra glass of wine you won’t notice. Hot tub was very nice and very private. The walnuts will fall on the roof and scare you to death the first time. Town was just a short 30 min from everything. Don’t skip the little “run down” looking diner when leaving the cabin. The food was great. Over all it was a wonderful week and we very much recommend.

Eric was a wonderful & caring host answering text messages right sway & offering help when we needed it. The cabin is beautiful ! The location is very private, although we were surprised with some of the steep mountain roads. We look forward to another relaxing stay in the future.

Beautiful little cabin in the woods! The area was so quiet and peaceful, but not too far away from town. The road leading to the cabin was a bit steep, but we were able to manage fine in our truck and SUV. The cabin was a perfect amount of space for 2 people and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend!
This place is the most awesome place to stay. Very clean, comfortable and very private. Response time was great, there was nothing we needed-except more time there. You won’t regret booking this cabin.
