Cancellation Policy

If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.

Deposit Policy

We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Loved the small cabin, it’s not very private as there are multiple cabins on the road.

Enjoyed the hot tub and felt very comfortable walking around the property.

Eric’s place was so cozy. We loved spending time at the cabin and the hot tub was the cherry on top. The pictures are exactly as real life. The fireplace is just electric but sets a cozy scene. The bed was super comfy. We are definitely returning to the cabin!

Had a great time as usual. This is our second time using cabins of Asheville.
They have everything that’s needed for a weekend stay. The only thing that we could not find is the bedroom tv remote. Great getaway for us.

This cabin is very neat and homely and offers a peaceful and private environment without being too far from destinations like Chimney Rock or Lake Lure. I was a little unsure of where to park when I arrived but it was late and dark at the time - a non issue the next day but something to be aware of. Overall a great spot and I would visit again!

Unfortunately the hot tub was full of BACTERIA!!! We are still sick from 2 weeks ago from a rash to ear infections. Missing work had to pay to go to doctors we got put on antibiotics…had to pay for the prescriptions lost money from work and feel like total garbage. All we got was a sorry smh I have to go back to doctors next week cause still having symptoms ughhh

Our hot tub is regularly cleaned, and maintained to ensure it meets strict health and safety standards. We apologize if your experience fell short of expectations. We were very shocked to hear this as this Cabin and Hot Tub are brand new and we have never had any issues before with any of our cabins or hot tubs and we have over 25 properties. We did check this hot tub after guest left and said this happened and found no bacteria. We did drain, sanitize and fill the hot tub again and checked it again and still found nothing.

Had an awesome time even though we had a small issue but the owner went above and beyond to help and was quick to respond even though it definitely wasn’t in a banker’s hours. Nothing is cheap nowadays but if you are looking for a peaceful place with your partner you will enjoy this place. Awesome service and great experience and we definitely recommend and will be returning soon
