Loved this little cabin. Super private, hot tub was great. Perfect for a couple looking to get away for a while. Road directly up to the cabin was gravel and might be steeper than some are used to if they aren't from the area (I'm semi-local and was not surprised or challenged by it) but easily traversable by my little hatch back. Will definitely be booking again when we need a spot to escape to!

We spent a few nights at the cabin and had a great time! The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. There are several pots and pans perfect for cooking meals at home. We enjoyed the deck with the hot tub, especially when clouds clear and you get a great mountain view!

We spent 4 nights here at this cute cozy little romantic cabin! We loved being in such a private location! The views were great, the hot tub was the BEST to unwind in at the end of the day! The grill was an awesome feature too! We can not wait to come back! 10/10!

We did a last minute stay at Hugs and Kisses for the long weekend. It was a great stay and a wonderful getaway. The cabin is secluded and close to great hikes and close enough to Asheville. The very minimal basics are provided, but you’ll want to bring things like soap, seasonings, oil etc if that is important for your stay. We definitely want to come back for another stay.

Great stay! Dogs loved it and super close to the Blue Ridge Parkway with different trails and waterfalls and about a 25 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Great getaway!

The cabin was great! Clean, comfy bed, perfect space for two people. The hot tub was so nice! And the price was great. We will absolutely be staying here again! 5 stars!!

This cabin is so quaint and perfect! We were on a work trip so it was so nice to be able to get away in the woods and just relax after a long day. The hot tub is fantastic and I loved the patio. The inside is the perfect amount of space for two people and a large dog. Everything was just cozy and lovely. It was the perfect place for our family and we will be stayed here every time we go to Asheville.

Very much enjoyed the cabin getaway. Hot tub was great, felt very secluded (in a safe, intimate way), close to West Asheville and not far from necessities. Would definitely recommend.

We needed a quiet night and this cabin was perfect. Private deck, great view, loved hot tub, comfy bed, cold ac. Would love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Higs & Kisses cabin. There are other cabins on the property but the setup made it feel very private. The hot tub was easy to work and a great amenity. The king bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice little place. The hot tub is a nice plus. Bring coffee if you need it! Nothing close really.

Awesome Cabin

The cabin was way out in the woods and beautiful! My only complaint is the 30 min drive to get anywhere for food/entertainment. I really enjoyed my time out there and the peace and quiet, though. Would recommend.

We had a great time! Close to Asheville downtown, but far enough out to really have that cabin feel.

My girlfriend and I had a great time during our 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the privacy and hot tub. Being close to Asheville made it easy to explore the area. Overall, I would recommend this place for a relaxing trip.

We had a great time staying here! Everything was clean and very cozy. Even though there were other cabins nearby, the way they are set up makes it feel very private. Loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day!

Great place

What a delightful vacation we had at this lovely cabin. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and beautiful views. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top! Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Eric's cabin was perfect for my wife and I for a quick getaway. The hot tub was awesome!

It was a cute and cozy little cabin, and a set of cabins wasn’t too far from downtown was great for the dog!

The place is great, definitely scary coming up to the property, but the cabin itself is great and you feel safe with all the other sounding cabins nearby, and the patio lock to keep it secluded! The fire place was easy to use, bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer were great. Just make sure when you checking in it’s not to late becuse the road is dark and the cell service cuts out near the cabin. But overall definitely worth the money!

Place was an awesome place to stay. Very quiet and remote. Cabin was perfect and cozy. Would stay there again!!! Loved it!

Great weekend get away

10/10 place to stay. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. You can sit in the hot tub and overlook the mountains. Very clean and easy to use all the amenities. Check-in was very easy.

This was a great place to stay! One thing is I am afraid of the long ride up the hill as it’s rocky and looks one way which I was afraid of another car coming the opposite way luckily didn’t run into this! It was wonderful scenic romantic the hot tub was nice and the king size bed was comfy! I would come again !

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was exactly as pictured and perfect for our few night stay! The hot tub and views were a nice touch! The cabin was close to hiking trails and only 25 minutes from Asheville! I would highly recommend the hugs and kisses for your visit to Asheville!

This is our 2nd time staying in one of Eric’s, “Cabin’s of Asheville” and so happy we came back! Was the perfect way to spend a spontaneous birthday trip!

Beautiful place, fast internet, and the hot tub was the perfect touch. Came with everything you would need to cook as well as a grill which was fantastic. Really cute cabin and not too expensive, will definitely go again.

Absolutely beautiful place to disconnect and recharge - we brought some steaks for the grill, popped some bubbly, and had a fabulous couple of days soaking in the very private hot tub and taking in the view, comfy bed, toasty heater and wifi if you must! Took in sights along the Blue Ridge Parkway on the way in and as we left, and a quick drive to Asheville if you want. Bring ice!

Very peaceful and private cabin!

The Airbnb was exactly what it was described as! The cabin had a gorgeous fireplace that kept the place nice and toasty. The hot tub was already on and warm when we arrived. The amenities were clean and comfortable. I didn’t hear from Eric directly before my arrival other than a confirmation message but the description had all the information I needed. Also, this is minor but there is a porch door and front door. You have to go through the porch door to get to the front door where the coded box for the keys are.

Second time staying here I absolutely love it . Eric let me book on a short notice definitely recommend

I just did a quick get away, booked at last minute. Everything was exactly as listed, easy to get in, comfortable bed, clean, private, and the hot tub was perfect!

Had a lovely time there with my significant other. The hot tub was nice. The location was nice though a bit off the beaten path (maybe that’s your thing?). Overall the stay was exactly what we wanted. Seclusion and relaxation away from cell phone service but within wifi.

Had a great stay

Great little place for a few days. It a 30 minute drive to downtown so it’s a little farther out there. Hot tub was great but it was at 90 when we got there and it took 12 hours to heat up. The only basics are salt and pepper so you’ll need to bring all other pantry items. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is pretty tight

Hug and Kisses was perfect in every way for a weekend away from the stresses of the city! Felt very much like a treehouse especially when sitting in the hot tub.

Worth more than the price!

The cabin is a gem. It was private and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

This cabin is fully loaded with what you'll need for a nice mountain getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace & A/C, a nice two-person hot tub for after a long day out. Check-in was easy and it's very private with the deck facing the woods. Note that the road getting to the cabin is non-paved and pretty steep, so be conscientious of that if you're coming in the Winter. Our Chevy Cruz made it just fine in August though.

Pros:
We liked that it was a short drive away from the city, so we felt like we had a real escape, private and quiet, away from there downtown.

We loved the hot tub. It was a perfect place to end every day, especially when it was a little rainy or drizzly, or we have been hiking all day. The covered patio area made for a perfect end to the evening.

The cabinet shelf with cute, and the fireplace was easy to light. The gas log made that part very convenient.
