Property Details
Milltown Suite Apartment is in a 1920’s farmhouse with its own private entrance and an interior that has been remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has an electric fireplace in the living room that can be used year round. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The bedroom has a TV with ROKU built in. It has a bathroom with a big 6ft soaker tub/shower. There is a granite countertop in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwaher and microwave). This apartment also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack alot of clothes. Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Wonderful spot in. Great place
Eric's place is in the middle of Canton. Close to downtown Canton, the brewery and our daughter 🙂 He was very responsive via text. Check in instructions and access was easy.
This was a nice stay and very convenient to where I needed to be. I wasn't prepared for the stairs up to the house and didn't really enjoy having to start washing my linens before I left but everything was clean, as described, and very smooth check-in/out.
The apartment is lovely. It’s the upstairs of an older home, converted into an apartment. Everything is modern, clean & lovely. Plenty of closet space. Comfortable couch & two tv’s. I had a bit of difficulty finding the house in the dark, but they answered my call, and I was directed to it. It is about a 20 minute drive to Asheville.
We were attending a wedding in Canton and wanted to be close to Asheville, so the location was great! Check in was seamless. Keep in mind that there is a steepish staircase to enter the AirBnB. The Wifi didn't work for us while we were at the house, but we were still able to watch things on the Smart TV. There was a phosphate smell outside and around the house from a nearby factory, but it wasn't anything super major. The water from the bathroom sink smelled a bit funny, but the water pressure in the shower was great! Do bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc) as they are not provided. The bed was super comfortable and there is ample room for lounging around and relaxing. The location is about 25 mins away from downtown Asheville, but keep in mind that you may not be able to find an uber to pick you up.
I enjoyed my stay here very much! Only 20 minutes away from Asheville. Eric was very quick to respond with any issues I had. Also loved that there were smart TVs so that I could cast/stream my shows before bedtime.

I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to relax, recharge, and reset. Canton, NC is a very small town in the mountains providing various hiking trails, river tubing, biking trails, mountains, and waterfalls. While the town is extremely small it is adjacent to Asheville and Waynesville, NC.
Good place to stay for the affordable price. Easy check-in access, and quiet neighborhood.
Great little apartment in Canton! As advertised, would stay again. Was surprised to find out Canton itself is mostly made up of a paper mill / packaging plant that can get a bit smelly and loud, but, other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
Canton was a nice reprieve from super busy downtown Asheville.
