Milltown Suite Apartment is in a 1920’s farmhouse with its own private entrance, 9ft ceilings and an interior that has been remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The livingroom has a TV with ROKU built in. It has a bathroom with a big 5ft shower. There is a granite countertops in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwaher and microwave). This apartment also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack alot of clothes. Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Stay was exactly what I needed for my break. Only problem was the tub drained slowly when the drain was closed. Also couldn’t turn lights on for the tub. Kitchen was nice, bed was amazing. Great for a one person getaway.

Very lovely place to stay. Good vibes
Our stay was good. The tub was clean and operated well. It appears that there’s a light in the tub that would have gave some cool vibes but it didn’t work. Although the instructions were through, we didn’t know how to access the remotes to adjust the temperature. It got in the 20s overnight and I got the code after contacting Eric via text( he was super responsive). A suggestion is to add the code to unlock the box to the instructions when you book the space. My wife noticed the hot water didn’t work after midnight. Not sure if it was weather related or on a timer. During the day and evening, the water heats up great. We had a slight issue with tv as it wouldn’t log on to the streaming channels. The batteries might be going out. Adding some coffee choices would be nice as there was filters but no coffee.
It was a very warm, welcoming space, I love the decoration inside and the jacuzzi was the finishing touch. definitely recommend us stay.
Eric's unit was lovely. Close to Asheville and very comfortable. The tub was a bit hard to use and water splashed quite a bit so we didn't use the jets, a manual would be great to have for those like me. Thanks.

The stay was amazing Bath was amazing bed was super cozy loved the town the only issues we came upon was the shower curtain was thin an got water everywhere there were super clear instructions to clean posted on the fridge to clean all of the towels blankets sheets an an run the dishes/washer&dryer when we left even though we had to pay for the cleaning fee… when we went to use dishes they were also dirty felt as if all the people staying were the ones to clean would feel more comfortable with the host cleaning instead of the people staying before instead but overall the stay was amazing and we had a great time !

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy getaway. The space had everything we needed and was in a great location. We spent our days in Asheville so this was a nice scenic drive, there and back. Enjoyed the tub and the mattress was very comfortable. I definitely recommend the space.
beautiful place close enough to downtown canton to walk, and close enough to asheville and waynesville athat everything we wanted to see was only 20 mins away. nothing better than watching TV from the tub for Mr and having a King bed was a game changer. everything was squeaky clean, eric made sure we got into the house, and had clear instructions posted for exiting expectations

If you are looking for a quiet peaceful Airbnb outside of the hustle and bustle of Asheville, look no further ! My boyfriend, dog, and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip and absolutely loved our stay ! It has a super comfy bed, nice yard, and amazing spa tub!
Eric’s place is close enough to enjoy all Asheville has to offer while still being away from the crowds in the evening. It’s only a short drive to the blue ridge parkway and close to plenty of great trails. As an added bonus, it’s walking distance to downtown Canton! Make sure to walk around and stop by all the cute shops and cafes!

Nice place to stay! Close to Asheville and other places in canton. Quiet neighborhood made it easy to relax.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in a small town in the mountains! Perfect walking distance into downtown Canton, and the place itself is cozy, quaint and has exactly what you will need for a short stay.
This place was very clean, and comfortable. The address is a little tricky, as there is two seperate locations listed, one takes you a block further than the actual location, so its important to look at the photo of the house so you are able to find the place accurately. Also, its worth mentioning that there is a paper plant very close by, which you can hear and smell when you walk outside. Other than that, its a really nice location to explore the surrounding areas and activities of the Blue Ridge mountains. Clean, safe, and peaceful area.
The reviews were correct: the water does spray everywhere. Get to know the tub! Wait until the water is filled above the jets before turning them on. And definitely hold the shower handle pointing into the water. Such a nice place! And the mattress was so comfortable too.
Once again this was an amazing stay. Will always be my go to when I’m visiting Asheboro

Nice home for a trip up to the mountains! Host is highly responsive, and overall my stay was good. Jets on the hot tub were too powerful (shot water into the air), but the setup with the tub in front of the bed and TV was quite nice. Few flies, spiders, other bugs etc. but nothing major.
We enjoyed our weekend here. It’s a cute place and pretty close to Asheville.

This apt was the perfect place in Canton. Clean, pet-friendly and convenient to highway and downtown Canton. Would highly recommend to others. It was the perfect stopover stop for my husband and I on our way to WI. We would definitely stop by again.
We had a great “date weekend” and enjoyed being able to bring our fur-babies. The apartment was cool , cozy, clean, and had nice household furnishings and essentials. The commute to Asheville was very responsable. Safe, quiet area. Great hosts! Very responsive and polite.

This was a perfect Christmas get away for us - the place was exactly as described and pictures are accurate - perfect way to get away and hike, see Asheville, go to Biltmore - great little couples location to get away but still experience Asheville - thank you so much - would absolutely stay again!!!
The house was clean and exactly as pictured! The host responded in a very timely manner and check in is a breeze. One thing I did not like was that there were cleaning instructions when leaving the house, even though there is a service/cleaning fee. I felt ripped off having to pay fees and do work myself.
Perfect Airbnb!! Close to Ashville, about 20 mins. But a short walk to Canton. Bearwater brewery and love Papertown coffee are a must visit.
Adorable apartment! Exactly as pictured and very cozy. Canton is a cute little town. Even the paper mill didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the place. Easy to get to Asheville. Fun way to enjoy some time away. Will stay again!

The apartment was clean, appliances were spotless and all up to date. The pots in the kitchen were very nice. This is an apartment as it is billed, not a cabin as is stated in some/many reviews. I just want to make that clarification. We booked this last minute and Eric’s communication was great. His help finding the place in the evening was appreciated, especially since the visual on Google maps was wrong.
I would have appreciated some things not included like salt, pepper, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The location is just above the paper plant. The trees hid the stacks but not the odor when outdoors. I am sure they are more visible in the winter.This was fine we got up and left daily for a better environment which the Blue Ridge Parkway certainly provided. It was clean and fine for our purpose but the lack of outdoor space was a bit disappointing.

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at! It’s perfect! Very comfy bed! Walking distance to downtown canton! Papertown coffee, the front porch and three compas were the best!!!

Excellent location, the instructions left inside were easy and the entire place was immaculate. Wine glasses and frosted mugs for those looking for a cute getaway with their partner. The tub was a little daunting to figure out but it was extremely cozy and a great touch to the whole experience. Not a single complaint here!

This property is an adorable house in a quiet neighborhood, but right outside the city. We arrived at night, and had some trouble finding it. Eric responded to my messages quickly to help us find the right place. Overall we loved the place, would definitely recommend it to others.

Home has more than one unit in it. Renters should be aware that the apartment is a downstairs unit and will potentially have guest above you. You have to park on the street and climb stairs to access the home. The unit was immaculate. Eric was fantastic about answering questions.
Great place to stay if you’re visiting Asheville. Very intimate and romantic setting. Neighborhood is very quiet. Definitely will book this place again for future trips to Asheville!

Very nice place on a quiet street in Canton. Tub was awesome. Heard a mouse scurrying in the house though while we were trying to sleep. Freaked me out for a little. Very nice place, but for the price should be mouse-free

This place is exactly like the pictures! The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was so clean! It was a perfect stay and the tub was so relaxing!
