Property Details
Milltown Suite Apartment is in a 1920’s farmhouse with its own private entrance and an interior that has been remodeled and furnished with cabin decor. It has an electric fireplace in the living room that can be used year round. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The Living area and bedroom area share a TV with ROKU built in. It has a bathroom with a big 5ft Shower. There is a granite countertop in the kitchenette(mini-refrigerator and microwave). Towels, washclothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable WiFi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Great stay. Close to downtown, nice shops and things to explore and look at. The bath really sold the space for me. It was exactly as listed and accurate to the description. There was a train but it wasn’t too early in the morning and it didn’t both me much but it is something to keep in mind if those things bother you.
We stayed at Eric's place for a wedding in Asheville. It was definitely close to Asheville. The inside was clean and as described. We did have some difficulty finding where to park but overall had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The host is absolutely amazing! He is kind and quickly responded. The place was very quiet even tho it is an apartment it was steal very quiet and peaceful and it felt like home! I would recommend anyone try it out!

the bed was to hard, pillows were not comfortable, bath tub was smaller than pictures shows. tv channels was very limited, no local news or channels. parking very limited, little heater was hard to manage either to hot or nothing. form our 50th anniversary was very disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay in Canton, NC! We really enjoyed breakfast at the Grateful Table and dinner at the Southern Porch just minutes away from our stay.

The place was clean and Eric is a great host. I had a few issues with the Wi-Fi and Eric sent someone out immediately to give it a fix. It was nice and clean . Amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was so clean and spacious and luxurious. It was very close to Asheville too and that made it a perfect place to stay. The town has some cute eateries and a Food Lion to get groceries from. We will definitely stay there again.
The tub was amazing.
Canton is a quaint blue-collar town aptly positioned for traveling along the blue ridge parkway, exploring pisgah, and making jaunts over to Asheville. The flat we stayed at was clean and quiet and had all the essentials anyone using it as a nightly home-base would need. Eric has everything so well in order that we never needed to reach out to him directly. We will definitely keep this (and Eric's other rentals) in mind when we return.
Super quiet and cozy spot ! Perfect for a nice get away ! It was dark when I arrived so had a few issues finding it, hosts were super quick to respond and very help. Would stay again !

Cute 'home base' for an Asheville trip. we loved the tub. Driveway could be a hazard unless you have 4WD or a truck. Kitchen did not have any cooktop, so you will want to plan accordingly.
The place is very close to Asheville. The bathtub is everything !!! Amazing!!! Very nice for a couples getaway !!! So many hiking trails and even waterfalls about 30 to 40 minutes away ! So it was great ! Very clean ! I would highly recommend!

we loved this home and especially loved the bath. laundry is stated as available but there isn’t laundry in the unit. as others stated, the driveway is difficult but street parking is also available! the hosts were helpful and very accommodating. would def stay again!!!
Very cute place for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. Wish they had extra blankets… bring your own if your cold natured! Also, my car barely made it up the driveway the first night, it’s very rocky and steep…so we parked on the street the rest of the time! Over all still 5 stars. Very clean and close enough to Asheville!
This space is exactly what we were looking for. The Airbnb was spacious and had all of the necessary accommodations for a long weekend trip. The town of Canton is very walkable and I highly recommend all of the local restaurants! You can easily get to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville for day trips. Eric was incredibly kind and accommodating for all of our needs. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

This place is absolutely incredible! It’s such a cute place in a quiet location that’s within driving distance to Asheville, NC. The place was very clean and they provided everything we could’ve needed for a great weekend. The host was very quick to respond and the place was exactly as the pictures indicated. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time here in this perfect little weekend get-away spot. We would most definitely stay here again!
