Property Details
The Milltown Suites Carriage House is behind a 1920’s farmhouse and is totally unattached from the house, the interior has been totally remodeled and furnished with cabin décor. It has a king size bed (with no foot board for the tall people). The living room has a TV with Firestick built in. It has a bathroom with a big 42" shower. There are granite countertops in the full kitchen(refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave). This carriage house also has a washer and dryer, so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes. Towels, wash clothes, and bed linens are provided. There is fast cable Wi-Fi and good cell phone service. It is located about 25 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway(at 4 access points) and downtown Waynesville. Downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes and Brevard is only about 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). This is a very well done carriage house conversion. It was perfect for us. I’d love to know who did the bathroom rebuild, it was super nice.
We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, comfortable, clean and only 20 mins from Asheville. The only thing that I would have liked to have was instructions on how to use the jacuzzi because it was a bit confusing. Overall would recommend!
Cozy little getaway that was accurately described. The bath was a nice touch for this little place. The mattress was a little on the firm side, but overall we had a nice stay.
Our stay at Eric's place as enjoyable. We especially appreciated the comfortable king bed, and the whirlpool tub was most relaxing.
Would have liked to have instructions on proper use of HVAC system.
Overall, a comfortable stay and just what we were looking for in a long weekend getaway.

It is exactly as advertised and perfect for my needs ( being near Ashville for Eye Surgery follow up, work from home and place for me and cats that is safe and comfortable. So, I stayed longer and still here and working to stay even longer! Sorry if you wanted it in September. Rent it in October.

Sweet and cute Airbnb! We were kind of in a bind due to another booking falling through last minute and Eric helped us out and was very responsive. Well set up, nice tub and shower, just don’t forget to bring your own shampoo and soap! Plenty to do nearby, and Canton was real cute.

Had a lovely time staying at this above-garage Airbnb! We appreciated the kitchen stocked with cutlery, dishes, and appliances. The spa tub was an excellent touch and the bed was firm and spacious.
Exactly as described. Far enough from Asheville for peace and quiet, but close enough to not mind the drive. Would stay here again. Most comfortable/biggest bed ever!

Wonderful place to stay!
Eric's place was my very first AirBnB experience and this little carriage house that's a 3-minute walk from downtown Canton is perfect! Parking: right at the door. Access: Super easy to navigate to with the address provided using GPS. There are a few stairs to climb to get to the door. Decor & Layout: Very recently and tastefully updated, everything you'd need in the kitchen, a great open closet, full washer and dryer, a smart tv for downtime, and that bathtub is impressive for sure. Extra points for: Hot water and water pressure, great instructions on the fridge really help, near-blackout curtains. Check out the view from the window next to the stove and get a glimpse of the mill against the mountains... there's a photography study waiting to happen there. I'd definitely book this place again and recommend it to others! Thanks Eric!
Very cute little lodging for two. The space is on a quiet street, is very clean and nicely decorated. The plush towels were divine. If you like a super-firm mattress, you'll be happy with this one. Within walking distance to downtown Canton. Grab a burger at JRO's while you're in town. you won't be disappointed.
House was very nicely remodeled and in a nice location, close to hiking trails and other attractions. I loved that our two dogs were welcome at this location.
My girlfriend and I had a very lovely stay at Eric’s place. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to Asheville. The inside was also nice and had everything we needed.
