This cabin is very romantic, cozy and very private. The gas stove in this cabin will keep you warm on cool winter nights. While you watch the big flat screen TV. This cabin looks over a pond in the winter months. It has a handmade headboard with a king bed so you can watch tv or catch some zzzzzz's. This cabin has minimal cell service and great WiFi service. Most guest are able to use WiFi calling. It feels like a tree house when you are out on the porch. Hugs and Kisses has two rocking chairs and a lamp for you to read by as the sun is rising on the horizon. It has a full kitchen, and washerdryer. It also has a gas grill for you to cook your big catch or just a juicy steak. This is just the cabin for you, it has a feeling of a bed and breakfast with a lot more privacy and woods. Hugs and Kisses is pet friendly with solid rails 36" high so you and your dog can relax.

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). Great place
What a delightful vacation we had at this lovely cabin. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and beautiful views. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top! Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!
Eric's cabin was perfect for my wife and I for a quick getaway. The hot tub was awesome!
It was a cute and cozy little cabin, and a set of cabins wasn’t too far from downtown was great for the dog!
The place is great, definitely scary coming up to the property, but the cabin itself is great and you feel safe with all the other sounding cabins nearby, and the patio lock to keep it secluded! The fire place was easy to use, bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer were great. Just make sure when you checking in it’s not to late becuse the road is dark and the cell service cuts out near the cabin. But overall definitely worth the money!
Place was an awesome place to stay. Very quiet and remote. Cabin was perfect and cozy. Would stay there again!!! Loved it!

Great weekend get away
10/10 place to stay. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. You can sit in the hot tub and overlook the mountains. Very clean and easy to use all the amenities. Check-in was very easy.

This was a great place to stay! One thing is I am afraid of the long ride up the hill as it’s rocky and looks one way which I was afraid of another car coming the opposite way luckily didn’t run into this! It was wonderful scenic romantic the hot tub was nice and the king size bed was comfy! I would come again !

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was exactly as pictured and perfect for our few night stay! The hot tub and views were a nice touch! The cabin was close to hiking trails and only 25 minutes from Asheville! I would highly recommend the hugs and kisses for your visit to Asheville!

Beautiful place, fast internet, and the hot tub was the perfect touch. Came with everything you would need to cook as well as a grill which was fantastic. Really cute cabin and not too expensive, will definitely go again.
Absolutely beautiful place to disconnect and recharge - we brought some steaks for the grill, popped some bubbly, and had a fabulous couple of days soaking in the very private hot tub and taking in the view, comfy bed, toasty heater and wifi if you must! Took in sights along the Blue Ridge Parkway on the way in and as we left, and a quick drive to Asheville if you want. Bring ice!

Very peaceful and private cabin!
The Airbnb was exactly what it was described as! The cabin had a gorgeous fireplace that kept the place nice and toasty. The hot tub was already on and warm when we arrived. The amenities were clean and comfortable. I didn’t hear from Eric directly before my arrival other than a confirmation message but the description had all the information I needed. Also, this is minor but there is a porch door and front door. You have to go through the porch door to get to the front door where the coded box for the keys are.
Second time staying here I absolutely love it . Eric let me book on a short notice definitely recommend

Had a lovely time there with my significant other. The hot tub was nice. The location was nice though a bit off the beaten path (maybe that’s your thing?). Overall the stay was exactly what we wanted. Seclusion and relaxation away from cell phone service but within wifi.
Had a great stay
Great little place for a few days. It a 30 minute drive to downtown so it’s a little farther out there. Hot tub was great but it was at 90 when we got there and it took 12 hours to heat up. The only basics are salt and pepper so you’ll need to bring all other pantry items. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is pretty tight
Hug and Kisses was perfect in every way for a weekend away from the stresses of the city! Felt very much like a treehouse especially when sitting in the hot tub.

The cabin is a gem. It was private and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.
This cabin is fully loaded with what you'll need for a nice mountain getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace & A/C, a nice two-person hot tub for after a long day out. Check-in was easy and it's very private with the deck facing the woods. Note that the road getting to the cabin is non-paved and pretty steep, so be conscientious of that if you're coming in the Winter. Our Chevy Cruz made it just fine in August though.

Pros:
We liked that it was a short drive away from the city, so we felt like we had a real escape, private and quiet, away from there downtown.
We loved the hot tub. It was a perfect place to end every day, especially when it was a little rainy or drizzly, or we have been hiking all day. The covered patio area made for a perfect end to the evening.
The cabinet shelf with cute, and the fireplace was easy to light. The gas log made that part very convenient.
