This cabin is set up with the antique lover in mind it has many old items and a unique sign from the Biltmore Estate, plus many other antiques, books and games throughout the cabin. Juz Nappin has a big TV (32" flat screen great for the Movie or Sports buff). It has great fast WiFi. On the porch you will find two handmade chairs which were made from a large oak tree that was cut from the land here at the cabins. Also on the large covered porch you will find the four person hot tub and gas grill. The bed in this Juz Nappin is a queen bed with no foot board so it can accomadate the taller people. This cabin has views of the distant mountains in the winter and has close in tree views in the summer. This cabin is well equiped for relaxing just as the name implies. Juz Nappin is pet friendly!!!!

Cancellation Policy
If you don’t take the cancelation policy and we are able to rebook your nights, we will give up a rain check to come at different dates excluding October and Holidays the rain check is good for up to a year. If you take the cancelations assurance policy we will give full refunds(minus the cancellation assurance policy fee, you must book through our website and take the policy out at time of booking) which is 10% of the total price of your stay. We feel it is a better option for you than us charging a cancellation fee like other properties do. In most cases it is more affordable. There is an option during this reservation process to take out cancellation assurance policy. If you do not take this out upon booking there will be no refunds for cancellations for any reason.
Deposit Policy
We charge half of your stay now (unless your stay is within 30 days then we charge the entire amount) Upon Reserving this property you relieve Cabins of Asheville LLC of any responsibility, including death or injury from any thing you use or do while staying with us. There are many things of danger while here at Cabins of Asheville including but not limited to the hot tub, fireplace, snakes, bears, deer, and general mountain dangers. Your credit card is charged 50% when you reserve your cabin and the remaining 50% One month prior to your stay. If your stay is within one month the entire balance is charged to your card. Your price per night does not include a 7% sales tax, 6% room tax and a $65($75 for cottages) dollar cleaning fee and a $40($50 for cottages) dollar pet fee if you bring your pet. Cleaning fee and pet fee are per stay not per night. We will charge your credit card if you or your pet damage or steal anything from our cabins or cabin property. Which we have never had to and hope we never do. No Smoking inside the properties. No Candles inside or outside of the properties. Check-in is at 3pm or later and Check out is 11am or earlier. Please do not add anything to the hottubs ie (soaps, bubble baths, oils). No refunds will be given for power, internet, hot tub, water or other utility outages or inclement weather we are in the mountains and things go out we do our best to keep things running smoothly (some of these items may be covered by your travel insurance if you choose to get it). The cabin was even better than we could have imagined. It was absolutely perfect. It was so peaceful and super private. Just what we needed. Honestly the pictures don't do the cabin justice. Once we stepped on to our private porch and closed the door it was our own world. Not a soul could bother us. The hottub was just right and the cabin was. clean and had everything we needed. My boyfriend and I traveled to Eric’s spot to celebrate our one year anniversary together. We were looking for something low key, relaxing, and a spot to have quality time. Our expectations were exceeded! This spot is peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed. The hot tub is a GREAT amenity and we loved the layout of the house. We enjoyed it so much that we talked about how much we’d love a spot of our own like this one in the future. We hope to have future stays at Eric’s cabin! Had a great weekend getaway. Lots to do in the surrounding areas,a short drive to Asheville. The cabin was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The hot tub was an amazing feature and the grill made dinner and cleanup a breeze. Will definitely be back!

we stayed here to have some seclusion and relax while in town for a wedding. the hosts made check in/check out easy. hot tub was very nice, cabin was clean, and beautifully decorated. i wish i had time to read the guest notbook amd write my own entry. we had a wonderful time exploring the blue ridge parkway things. would definitely book again.

My friend and I stayed here a few weeks ago, and it was incredible! When we got there, it was clean and easy to check-in, and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was insane and so peaceful. In the mornings there is a breathtaking view from the porch. The TV had a bunch of streaming apps so we could watch basically whatever we wanted. Eric gave good recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The place wasn’t too far from places to eat and downtown Asheville (about 30 mins), although the drive up is pretty steep and bumpy and dark at night but doable. The power did go out one night for us and all the cabins around us, but that is because a tree went down that night so not the cabins fault. I will say, the place has more cabins around it than it seems like from the description and pictures, but it was definitely still private enough. Also, the door from the outside to the porch is not lockable, only the one to the inside is, but that was okay too. Overall it was so worth it!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for my birthday weekend in the mountains and we absolutely loved it!! This cabin is so private; we never heard our neighbors. Bed was very comfy, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring breweries in downtown Asheville. The cabin was so easy to find, and we felt very safe the whole weekend! We will definitely be returning in the future!!

Beautiful cabin in a great location! The space was in pristine condition and very well cared for! The hot tub was a cozy addition to the space. Privacy was in thought, with two wall structures at each end of the porch that overlooked the eye catching mountains! Would absolutely stay here again!

It a nice overall. Just make sure you take shower supplies (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) as they are none there.
Enjoyed our stay. Clean. The door from the outside into the porch got stuck, and it took my husband to open it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. We didn't have to call the host or anything. Just an FYI if you are on the small side

It was a quaint cabin with everything you need. The cabin is conveniently located within a 15 minute drive to a grocery store and within 25 minutes to Biltmore. Plenty of things to do in the area with plenty of privacy back at the cabin.
We loved our stay at jus nappin!! Eric made everything extremely convenient- from instructions to getting there, instructions on how to use the amenities, and a super simple check-out process.
My husband and I visited Jus Nappin while on our honeymoon. The cabin was in a beautiful and private area. We loved the layout of the cabin and it provided us with everything we needed. The hot tub with views was a huge bonus!! Eric and Sawyer were both extremely responsive and helpful with each of my questions. I would definitely recommend the Cabins of Asheville.

These cabins were so beautiful and perfect for a relaxing weekend with my best friend. As other reviews have said, even though there are other cabins nearby you honestly can't tell because of how they're configured. The view is great. We loved the hot tub with the warm string lights on the porch. Comfy bed and linens. I would definitely come back!

When looking for a place to stay, I was trying to find some thing, private, peaceful and quiet for me and my significant other to have a weekend away and when I said this was absolutely perfect Eric made sure we had everything we needed the place was super clean!The hot tub was excellent and even though there’s other cabins around it felt like you were alone. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!
We had such an amazing time and will be back! When we had a car issue, Eric replid to my message about local recommendations within minutes and was extremely helpful!
Eric is quick to respond to questions and the cabin was just perfect for what we needed. There are other cabins nearby but you wouldn’t know it during your stay. We felt secure and at peace the whole time. We had no cell service but the fast internet connection kept us connected. We didn’t need the kitchen but it had everything you could need and the grill is top notch if you wanted to grill up dinner. Long day hiking or whatever and hop in the hot tub and relax. Will stay again if we visit Asheville. Far enough from the city to relax but close enough to head in.
Host went above and beyond. He met me at the property right before midnight to help me park my truck and trailer at the right place!!

Eric’s cabin was perfectly as pictured. Small and simple accommodations but incredibly relaxing. You’re in a neighborhood with other cabins but they’re all in their own little carved out “nook” with porches in different directions so it feels private and secluded. I went alone with my dog so I very much appreciated that the home had to be accessed by a private porch that you can lock from the inside. The hot tub is also on the secured porch. Also the cabin has strong WiFi if you need to do work. The cabin is just a few miles from a section of the blue ridge parkway that has amazing overlooks. Close to Asheville and other towns. Eric was easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend these cabins for a solo traveler or couple. Very restorative, wish I would’ve stayed longer!

Me and my boyfriend had a great time staying here. It was really beautiful with the leaves off the trees we could see the mountains from the hot tub. Due to a winter storm we stayed an extra night and Eric was very responsive and accommodating to this situation. We had a great time and would come back!

Great place for a cabin-in-the-mountains retreat. Hot tub was clean and looked over beautiful wooded area. Relatively private porch area - looks over lane to get to other cabins but very rarely saw cars on it. Cozy, comfy cabin with all the basic amenities. Comfortable bed. Perfect-sized cabin for a couple. A bit far (~30 min drive) from decent restaurants and the rest of Asheville.

Very cozy cabin in the woods. Very private even though there are several cabins around. Easy drive from main downtown Asheville area. Bed is comfortable. The only complaint would be the shower, as it doesn’t drain well. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This is the most perfect get away! My fiancé and I were having our engagement photos taken in the mountains and this was the perfect 20 minute spot for the location! It was super quiet and romantic! Definitely will be coming back!
The Jus Nappin cabin was perfect for my partner and I for a quick weekend. It's super tiny and truly meant for just 2 people. When you've just about arrived, Little Stoney Fork Road is easy to miss as it's marked with just a little wooden sign on a gravel drive, so be vigilant. We visited during Spring as the trees were regaining their leaves, but in Autumn the view is surely breathtaking.
This place was amazing!! We loved it. The hot tub was great and so was the view. this place is fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again.
Great quiet getaway
We booked this last minute wanting to do a night getaway with a Hot tub! I’m typically a luxury kinda girl……. Could not have been more perfect! The hot tub was great and secluded! There was a great mattress topper for softness! Super clean! Super comfortable! Bring charcuterie, wine and enjoy yourself for the evening. And believe it or not Dunkin will deliver your coffee in the morning if you forget to bring it with you!
We had a great experience staying here. The cabin is as advertised, clean and cosy with fast wifi. The hot tub is positioned in a private covered deck area overlooking the woods. Around a 30 minute drive to the center of Asheville. Contactless key pick up and drop off. Towels are included.
If you are looking for a place to sit out and enjoy nature this is the place. There are several cabins all in one area but they are placed perfectly so when you are inside you feel alone. Definitely will be back!

The cabin was clean and check in was easy! Beautiful location, however if you are looking for real privacy, please keep looking. This cabin is within view of a half dozen other houses, and some of them are less than a stones throw from the cabin. There was literally just enough space to drive between them. I feel the description and images for this listing are a little misleading. Just be aware you will be in a cabin community, not tucked away in the woods away from other lodging. Many people are fine with that, but i was specifically looking for a private, peaceful location. The host is also not very communicative or available, which I've come to expect from and appreciate in other AirBnB hosts. I had to repeatedly ask for address and check in info, and never was personally reached out to at any point from the time i reserved the cabin to the time i checked out. I am not typically one for negative reviews, and it wasnt all bad... like i said it was clean and cute and in a pretty location... but i do feel there is much to be desired in the way of accuracy and communication.

This is the second time my husband and I have enjoyed the Cabins of Asheville. This is really a place we look forward to come home to stay after a day of sightseeing, shopping, and eating at the great restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed the Hot Tub and the grill provided us some great salmon steaks. The best thing about these cabins are the sounds. The sound of gentle music playing upon our arrival, and the sounds of chirping birds in nature when you wake up. We will definatly be back.
